Constellation is seeking a qualified professional with proven experience to join our Retail Operations team as a Senior Analyst. The Senior Analyst leverages subject matter expertise in daily execution of work processes, handles complex issues and escalations, and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The role drives process improvement, system enhancements, and collaborates with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate findings.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and problem solving under tight deadlines.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with cross‑functional teams to resolve system issues.
• Drive process improvements and lead UAT activities.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure SOX controls compliance and policy alignment.
• Monitor systems for issues and propose improvements.
• Manage order-to-cash activities including enrollment, billing, and payments.
• Travel could be required.
• Attend in-person training and meetings.
