Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Retail Operations team. You will apply SME knowledge to daily work, handle complex issues and escalations, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes.

You will drive system enhancements, collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams, and contribute to change management while ensuring accurate order-to-cash activities and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze large data sets and reason through complex scenarios.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical, detail-oriented problem solving and independent decision making.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to make accurate decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to independently investigate issues and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and resolve system or process issues across teams and with customers.
• Lead UAT activities and drive system and workflow enhancements.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and company policies.
• Monitor internal systems to identify issues and propose improvements.
• Process order-to-cash activities including enrollment, contracts, billing, and payments.
• Travel as needed and attend trainings in person.
