Constellation is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Retail Operations team to drive daily order-to-cash processes, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with IT and cross-functional groups. You will lead process improvements, ensure SOX-aligned workflows, and support change management across internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong data analysis, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience or 9+ years without degree.
• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and reason through complex scenarios.
• Proven relationship-building with internal and external customers.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience working cross-functionally in teams of varying sizes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Capable of making timely, accurate decisions under deadlines.
• Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and resolve system or process issues across teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Drive process innovation with IT and cross-functional partners; lead UAT for enhancements.
• Analyze discrepancies and collaborate to implement effective solutions.
• Maintain SOX controls and align workflows with company policies.
• Leverage internal systems knowledge to monitor functionality and propose improvements.
• Investigate discrepancies and select corrective actions.
• Execute order-to-cash activities including enrollment, contract/confirmation processing, billing, cash application, and third-party payments.
• Travel as needed; attend trainings and all-hands meetings in person.
