Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Senior Analyst for our Retail Operations team. You will leverage subject matter expertise to execute team processes, handle complex issues, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams, and contribute to system enhancements while supporting change management and timely order-to-cash activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years relevant experience (or 9 years in lieu).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and resolve system/process issues across teams.
• Lead UAT activities and drive workflow enhancements.
• Analyze data and propose remediation for discrepancies.
• Ensure SOX compliance and policy alignment.
• Monitor internal systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Process order-to-cash activities: enrollment, billing, cash.
• Travel and in-person training as required.
