Capital One Ad Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development (Retail Media) to join our Partnerships Team in a remote-capable role. You will forge strategic relationships with brands, driving revenue through a comprehensive media suite and end-to-end partner lifecycle, from prospecting to campaign delivery.

You will leverage data analytics to influence client strategies, negotiate high-value deals, and collaborate with product, operations, and marketing to craft bespoke partner

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic client-facing sales, account management, or business development.
• 4+ years of experience in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing data and leveraging analytics to drive sales strategies and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and initiate relationships with top brand and agency partners.
• Uncover non-traditional revenue streams across shopper/trade marketing, brand, e‑commerce, and performance media.
• Define and execute the Retail Media growth roadmap with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product, BizOps, and Marketing to deliver compelling materials and product capabilities.
• Craft high-impact executive-level proposals and presentations.
