Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic client-facing sales, account management, or business development
• 4+ years in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech
• 8+ years analyzing data to drive sales strategies and campaign performance
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
• Experience prospecting, negotiating, and growing top-brand advertisers
• Experience guiding technical ad sales and integrations
• Building product roadmaps with Product and BizOps teams

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue growth
• Identify and initiate relationships with top brand and agency partners
