Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years in Retail Media or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail media strategies across consumer brands.
• Lead media planning, optimization, and measurement across platforms.
• Manage agency partners with clear KPIs and budget stewardship.
• Drive full-funnel media strategies including paid search, display, and video.
• Establish monthly ROAS and category growth reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Digital Commerce teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve planning and performance.
• Identify trends and test new opportunities with partners.
• Participate in cross-channel experimentation to improve effectiveness.
