Job summary

Epsilon in Chicago seeks a Senior Professional, Client Leadership to drive revenue growth and deepen client partnerships across retail media solutions. You will advise clients, identify opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior executives.

This role requires strategic selling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends. You’ll mentor teammates and help shape impactful retail media strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, business development, client leadership, or retail media.
• Proven ability to identify and close deals with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of RMN solutions and data-driven growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a thriving book of business by identifying and closing deals with key decision-makers.
• Serve as a trusted RMN expert across onsite, offsite, sponsored search, display, social, CTV, and in-store media.
• Forge strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth across data, technology, media, and retail solutions.
• Act as strategic consultant to identify whitespace and growth opportunities.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights and executive narratives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Stay ahead of retail media trends and evolving retailer ecosystems.
• Provide training and mentorship to colleagues and clients.
