Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership by engaging with team and customers and meeting priorities.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategy for functional areas and the store.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets, and handle escalations with leadership partners.
