You will recruit, train, and develop a diverse team while supporting the Store Leader with strategic decisions and daily operations. You will address customer and team concerns, execute store priorities, and model Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualificações

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team (including Managers) and empower each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Interact with team members and customers to ensure exceptional service and meet business priorities.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing the operational strategy of assigned areas and the entire store.
• Maintain store policies, protect assets, and handle escalations in partnership with leadership and People partners.
• Create an inclusive environment by respecting differences and modeling inclusive leadership.
