Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Attract, recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team that identifies customers’ needs, provide exceptional customer interactions, and deliver on Apple’s business priorities.
• Coach and develop leaders to create high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.
• Be responsible for attracting, recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Contribute to Floor Leadership and remove obstacles to improve customer experience and team performance.
• Develop the store’s operational strategy to drive Apple’s business priorities and store performance goals.
• Determine store scheduling strategy aligned with guidelines, business, and team needs.
• Analyze and use business information to support and execute Apple Retail vision.
• Assess team and customer sentiment, address opportunities, and celebrate successes.
• Maintain and uphold Apple’s policies and protect assets and information.
