Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team in our Los Angeles area Apple Retail store. You’ll drive a positive environment, help set the store vision, recruit and develop managers, and partner with the Store Leader on business priorities and strategic decisions.

You’ll model inclusive leadership, address escalations, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals. The role requires scheduling flexibility, strong English, and a track record of retail

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) and help achieve performance goals.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership by engaging with team and customers to meet priorities.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategies.
• Maintain company policies and protect assets, including confidential information.
