Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) to achieve performance and development goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Engage in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers to meet business priorities and deliver exceptional service.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing the operational strategy of assigned areas and the entire store.
• Maintain policies and protect assets, including confidential information, and address escalations with leadership as needed.
• Foster an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
