Framebridge in West 3rd, Los Angeles, seeks a Retail Full Time Keyholder to lead store operations with a customer-first mindset. You will be the on-floor leader, ensure outstanding service, and model Framebridge values while supporting the Store Manager.

You will drive team coaching, product knowledge, and seamless handoffs, including evenings and weekends, to deliver memorable customer experiences and strong store performance.

• Experience in a customer-facing role with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach team members.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience.
