Framebridge Brooklyn is seeking a Retail Full-Time Keyholder to lead store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a trusted floor leader reporting to the Store Manager, you will onboard, train, and coach team members, uphold Framebridge standards, and drive sales while building relationships with customers.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, a passion for design, and strong communication to represent Framebridge in our growing retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Engaging personality with strong influencing and communication skills.
• Interest in design and enthusiasm to work in a creative environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand.
• Support onboarding and training of store team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coach team members with strong listening and communication skills.
• Train staff on product knowledge and design advice.
• Troubleshoot questions with sound judgment and offer improvements for the retail experience.
• Help Framebridge deliver on the 100% happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
