This role requires evenings and weekend availability, a passion for design, and strong communication skills. You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to a thriving in-store experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Set standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in-store.
• Support onboarding and training retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot using sound judgment.
• Help deliver on Framebridge's happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
