Framebridge seeks a Retail Full Time Keyholder for Princeton to lead store floor operations with a customer-first mindset. You’ll hold key-holding responsibilities and support the Store Manager, delivering the Framebridge experience that keeps customers coming back.

You’ll demonstrate product knowledge, coach team members, and ensure daily operations align with financial goals while working evenings and weekends as needed.

• Key holder experience in customer service/retail/hospitality.
• Engaging personality with strong influence and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our stores.
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff.
• Assist with issues using sound judgment and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
