Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish of a project, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality craftsmanship and strict safety.

The role requires 5+ years in superintendent roles, experience in retail/hospitality remodeling, travel across California, strong organization, reading plans, and proficiency with StruXure and Microsoft Office; competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels, fast-food in the last 5 years.
• Able to read construction documents and understand construction methods.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word; MS Project helpful).
• CA Driver’s License with good driving history; willing to travel extensively within California.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish.
• Hold daily/regular meetings with clients, team, and inspectors.
• Coordinate site activities and supervise up to ~140 personnel per day.
• Create, submit and track RFIs and responses; manage change orders.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; maintain schedules and budgets.
