Job summary

Eleven Western Builders is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish, ensuring on-schedule, within-budget delivery of retail and hospitality projects across California and the western United States.

You will read plans, coordinate crews, manage safety, document progress with ProCore, and maintain client relations in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels in the last 5 years.
• Proficient in math: area, take-offs, quantities.
• Able to read construction documents and understand methods.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; ProCore is a plus.
• CA Driver's License with good driving history and background check.
• OSHA 10 and CPR certification a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively across California; overnight stays expected.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Physical tasks up to 50 pounds and use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish.
• Document progress using ProCore and send daily reports to Project Team.
• Read job plans and inspect progress; coordinate with Sub-Contractors.
• Conduct daily meetings with clients, EWB team, and inspectors.
• Ensure safety and compliance; manage budgets and schedules.
• Create, submit and track RFIs and change orders.
