Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish of retail construction projects in California and the western United States.

You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance while maintaining client relations and rigorous documentation. Strong leadership, organization, and travel to project sites are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required.

Responsibilities

• In first 30 days and ongoing: complete onboarding with safety training and certifications, read job plans 2x daily, supervise up to ~140 subs/day, conduct daily meetings with clients, team, and inspectors.
• By the 90-day mark: run a project of ~$5 million+ on schedule and within budget; coordinate RFIs and change orders.
• Within 6 months: step into superintendent duties with new team and remain on-site for critical phases.
