Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish.

You will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to code, while maintaining safety and client satisfaction. The role requires 5+ years in superintendent roles, extensive experience with retail/remodel projects, strong organizational and analytical skills, and willingness to travel across California.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role.
• 3+ years in building/remodeling retail, hospitality, fuel stations, or open store remodels.
• Proficient in math for take-off and estimating materials.
• Able to read construction documents and understand methods.
• OSHA 10 and CPR certification a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively within California.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish with precision and on budget.
• Schedule meetings, inspections, and site walks; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate site construction activities and supervise up to ~140 personnel daily.
• Prepare and submit RFIs and track responses; ensure project documentation is complete.
