Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from project start to finish with precision, documentation, and a focus on on-time, within-budget delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, coordination of diverse teams, and a commitment to safety and compliance across California and the western United States. Travel and extended on-site work are common.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role within retail, hospitality, fuel stations or remodels.
• Proficient in reading construction documents and methods.
• Experience coordinating 140+ daily site personnel and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish with precision and documentation.
• Document progress using ProCore and send daily reports to Project Team.
• Coordinate site activities, safety, and inspections to meet schedule and budget.
• Read plans daily and guide work while coordinating with subcontractors.
