Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to support branch management in tactically executing complex QSR or Casual Dine operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards, using policies to guide decisions.

This position reports to senior management and requires flexible shifts, including openings and closings, to monitor staff and ensure compliance with health, safety, and beverage policies.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 4 years food & beverage, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Requires minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Requires ability to read, understand instructions, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures per HMSHost policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and ensure shifts are covered.
• Ensure compliance with adult beverage policies and AB procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, including cash register operations and security.
