Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen and leadership ability.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive team member relations with effective delegation of managerial duties and fostering high staff morale.
