King's Fish House, part of King's Seafood Company, seeks an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, coach the team, and partner with the kitchen to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will oversee service, guest relations, and daily restaurant operations across dining room, bar, and events.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 4+ years of experience as a manager in any industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• College degree in a related field preferred (business or hospitality).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good longevity in current and past positions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and reach or move in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations from ordering to guest relations and service standards.
• Manages front desk, bar/lounge, kitchen and dining room during service.
• Oversees financial operations: cash handling, invoices, and vendor coordination.
• Handles human resources tasks for crew and performance coaching.
• Ensures food quality meets recipe specifications and presentation standards.
• Participates in interviews and selection of new crew.
• Writes schedules for one or more workgroups and supports incentive programs.
