Job summary

King's Fish House is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and partner with the kitchen to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will supervise daily service, coach crew, and drive quality and consistency across all guest touchpoints.

The role requires managing financials, scheduling, and inventory forecasting, with strong leadership expectations and a path toward senior operations leadership within the King's Seafood Company.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Four years of experience as a Manager in any industry.
• Two years of experience as a Manager in full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• College degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations from ordering to guest relations and service standards.
• Be active in all areas during the dining period to meet standards and adjust as needed.
• Manage restaurant financials including safe, cash handling, invoices, and vendor relations.
• Oversee human resources related to crew and scheduling for one or more teams.
• Forecast product needs based on inventory and sales trends.
• Participate in interviews and selection of new crew; support incentive programs.
• Ensure food products meet recipe specifications for quality; coach staff.
