Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in any industry.
• 2+ years as a manager in full-service, high-volume restaurants.
• College degree in business, hotel, or restaurant management preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good longevity in current and past positions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move through tight spaces.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily restaurant operations from ordering to guest relations and service standards.
• Be active in front desk, bar/lounge, kitchen, and main dining room during service.
• Manage financial operations: cash handling, invoicing, vendor calls, and budgeting.
• Handle human resource duties for the crew, including interviews.
• Forecast product needs based on inventory counts.
• Write schedules for servers, bartenders, hosts, and supervisors.
