King's Fish House is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

You will oversee front-of-house and kitchen coordination, staff development, scheduling, and financial controls while maintaining product quality and service excellence. This position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Manager.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Flexible schedule required—nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily operations from ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products to guest relations, flow of business, and service standards.
• Oversees the flow of the business during business hours; active in all areas of the restaurant to meet company standards.
• Responsible for financial operations of restaurant: cash handling, invoicing, vendor communications, and profit variances.
