Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Manager in any industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a Manager in full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Flexible schedule required—nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations from front desk to dining room maintaining service standards.
• Be active in all restaurant areas during service to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage financial operations including cash handling, invoices and vendor relations.
• Lead and develop crew, conduct interviews and assist with staffing.
• Forecast product needs based on inventory; write shift schedules for teams.
• Develop incentive programs, sales growth and guest experience initiatives.
• Ensure recipes and quality standards are consistently met.
