Job summary

King's Fish House is seeking a Restaurant Manager in California to lead front-of-house operations, coach your crew, and partner with the kitchen to deliver outstanding hospitality. You will be the ambassador of our product and service standards, driving performance and guest satisfaction.

You'll join a stable, service-driven environment with opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, scheduling, and coaching staff while maintaining our standards

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a restaurant manager.
• College degree in business or hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and maneuver through narrow spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations from ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and guest relations.
• Be active in all areas of the restaurant during service to ensure standards.
• Manage financial operations: cash handling, invoicing, vendor calls, and account reconciliation.
• Handle human resources related to the crew and scheduling.
• Forecast product needs based on inventory and assist in interviews for new hires.
