Sonic Drive-In in Hannibal, MO seeks a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead day-to-day operations and staff, drive guest satisfaction, and manage costs. This exempt, high-responsibility role requires strong leadership, hiring, training, and compliance with food-safety standards.

The GM will oversee scheduling, opening/closing duties, and vendor relations, while maintaining records and reporting. Expect 50+ hours, weekends, and holidays as part of the role.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies in business/restaurant management preferred.
• Experience: at least three years in restaurant management (QSR preferred) with supervision responsibilities.
• Knowledge: labor laws, health and safety regulations affecting restaurants.
• Skills: strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and team development.

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage assistant managers and staff.
• Oversee labor, food, and inventory planning to control costs and ensure quality.
• Lead regular team meetings to uphold guest service standards.
