Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner in Missouri. You will lead all drive-in operations, recruit and develop staff, manage costs, and ensure guest satisfaction.

This exempt, on-site role requires strong leadership, wage compliance, and a proven ability to run a restaurant shift with minimal supervision. Minimum three years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred) and a high school diploma are required, with advanced business studies a plus.

Competenze

• Must have experience running a restaurant, preferably in quick-service (QSR).
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead and coach teams.

Mansioni

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, coach, lead, schedule, and discipline staff.
• Manage compensation levels per company guidelines.
• Oversee all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Complete opening/closing duties and handle guest/employee concerns.
• Plan, forecast, and adjust food, labor, inventory to control costs and efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain records and reports.
