Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Responsible AI and AI governance professional to guide organizations in adopting AI responsibly. You will assess governance maturity, design control frameworks, and implement controls across the AI lifecycle, embedding them into platforms, data pipelines, MLOps/LLMOps workflows, and CI/CD.

Travel may be required. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical and process implementations, drive phased roadmaps, and lead a team while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Specialized skills in AI Governance, Responsible AI, Technology Risk, and Access Governance, with demonstrated experience implementing technical controls.
• Well‑developed business acumen and strong problem‑solving attitude with the ability to visualize scenarios, possible outcomes & operating constraints.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to make impactful presentations & expertise at using Excel & PPTs.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance assessments and target‑state design for AI governance structures, policies, processes, and technology capabilities.
• Design and implement Responsible AI control frameworks with regulatory mappings and testing procedures.
• Implement technical Responsible AI controls across the AI lifecycle, including risk tiering, bias testing, explainability, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Configure and deploy AI governance, data governance, and GRC platforms for inventories, model registries, and evidence collection.
