Job summary

EY’s Senior Manager Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI architecture spanning knowledge, trust, and control harness blocks. You’ll balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination to ensure enterprise AI adoption through robust governance, monitoring, and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech preferred.
• Experience with AI Foundation Model frameworks and related platforms.
• Observability, safety and governance tooling experience.
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms and hybrid cloud integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models and LLM/SLM.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Serve as player-coach delivering technical work while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be the go-to authority for AI across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness blocks.
