Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Responsible AI and AI governance professional with 5+ years to help organizations adopt AI responsibly from strategy to hands-on implementation. You will design governance frameworks, translate regulatory requirements into control objectives, and implement controls across the AI lifecycle, data pipelines, and MLOps/LLMOps workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience configuring governance, monitoring, or access controls in cloud/ERP environments.
• Experience implementing ERP security and governance (e.g., Oracle Cloud).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across risk, legal, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessments and benchmarking of AI governance structures.
• Design and implement Responsible AI control frameworks and evidence standards.
• Implement technical governance controls across the AI lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and deploy AI governance, data governance, and GRC platforms.
• Embed governance controls into MLOps/LLMOps and ERP environments.
• Drive governance program deployment, roadmaps, and handover to client teams.
• Travel as required to meet client needs.
