Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Responsible AI and AI governance professional to assess governance maturity, design control frameworks, and implement those controls across the AI lifecycle. You will configure governance tooling, automate evidence collection, and enable auditable, scalable AI programs across platforms and data pipelines.

The role requires 5+ years in AI governance, hands-on delivery, and experience with ERP security (Oracle Cloud) and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in technology risk, AI governance, or technology consulting with hands-on delivery.
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying governance, monitoring, or access controls in cloud/AI/ERP environments.
• Experience with ERP security and governance (e.g., Oracle Cloud), including role design and segregation of duties controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessments and peer benchmarking of AI governance structures, policies, and technology capabilities.
• Design and implement Responsible AI control frameworks translating regulatory requirements into objectives, specifications, and testing procedures.
• Implement governance controls across AI lifecycles and CI/CD pipelines to enforce controls by design.
