Job summary
EY is seeking an experienced Responsible AI and AI governance professional to design and implement governance frameworks across the AI lifecycle. You will lead assessments, translate regulatory requirements into technical controls, and deploy governance platforms to enable auditable, scalable AI programs across multiple environments.
You will collaborate with risk, legal, data science, and engineering teams, embedding governance into CI/CD, MLOps, and data platforms while traveling as needed to
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Information Systems, or a related field with 3–6 years of technology risk or AI governance experience.
- Hands-on experience configuring and deploying governance, monitoring, or access controls in cloud/ERP environments.
- Experience implementing governance controls in AI/ML platforms and data platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP security and governance (e.g., Oracle Cloud) and role design.
Responsibilities
- Lead current-state assessments and benchmarking to define target-state design and remediation.
- Design and implement Responsible AI control frameworks translating regulation into objectives, specs and testing.
- Implement technical Responsible AI controls across AI lifecycle including guardrails and monitoring.
- Configure and deploy AI governance, data governance, and GRC platforms for inventories, model registries, lineage, and evidence collection.
- Embed governance into MLOps/LLMOps and CI/CD pipelines with gates and audit trails.
