Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Responsible AI and AI governance professional to help clients adopt AI responsibly from strategy through hands‑on implementation. You will assess governance maturity, design control objectives, and implement them across AI lifecycles, data pipelines, and MLOps workflows.

You will lead governance design, stakeholder workshops, and build auditable AI programs while embedding requirements into platforms and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/data governance or technology risk.
• Hands‑on experience configuring governance, monitoring, or access controls in cloud, AI/ML, or ERP environments.
• Experience with ERP security and governance (e.g., Oracle Cloud) including role design.
• Certification in relevant governance or security domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and benchmarking of AI governance structures to define target designs.
• Design Responsible AI control frameworks and testing procedures.
• Implement AI governance controls across AI lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure governance platforms for inventories, model registries, and evidence collection.
• Embed controls into MLOps/LLMOps and CI/CD with guardrails and audit trails.
• Develop access governance across ERP and cloud environments and ensure security and usability.
• Drive adoption of governance programs with phased roadmaps and handover to client teams.
• Travel as required to meet client needs.
