Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Responsible AI and AI governance professional to help organizations adopt AI responsibly, from strategy to hands-on implementation. The role covers governance maturity assessments, control design, and implementation across AI lifecycles, MLOps/LLMOps, and ERP environments.

You will build scalable, auditable AI programs, collaborate with risk, legal, and engineering teams, and drive governance adoption through phased roadmaps and evidence-driven testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology risk, AI governance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI governance/technology risk.
• Hands-on experience configuring governance, monitoring, or access controls in cloud/ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI governance assessments and target-state design.
• Design Responsible AI control frameworks and testing procedures.
• Implement governance controls across AI lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and deploy governance platforms with automated evidence collection.
• Embed controls into MLOps/LLMOps and ERP environments.
• Travel as required to meet client needs.
