Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Responsible AI and AI governance professional to design and implement governance controls across the AI lifecycle in a globally distributed environment. The role emphasizes translating policy into technical controls, overseeing evidence collection, and ensuring auditable, compliant AI programs.

You will work with clients and internal teams to embed governance into MLOps, data platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and ERP environments, while guiding stakeholders through design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of technology risk, AI governance, or technology consulting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with governance, monitoring, or access controls in cloud/ERP environments.
• Experience configuring ERP security and governance (e.g., Oracle Cloud) with role design and segregation of duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance assessments and design target‑state framework for Responsible AI.
• Implement AI governance controls across the AI lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure governance platforms, evidence collection, and continuous monitoring.
• Embed controls into MLOps/LLMOps and cloud environments, balancing security and usability.
• Engage stakeholders across business, technology, risk, legal, and compliance.
