Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead AI architecture across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness blocks, spanning foundation model management, safety, and enterprise integration. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional leadership, guiding governance, observability, and risk management across the organization.

The role emphasizes senior stakeholder influence, scalable solutions, and ongoing adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance or compliance tech.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and related tools.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate vendor tools for model monitoring, security and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Serve as player-coach, balancing delivery with coordination of AI adoption.
• Be the go-to expert for Knowledge, Trust and Control/Harness AI systems.
• Member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives.
• Stay current on AI trends and maintain governance patterns.
