Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Manager to lead trustworthy AI initiatives across onshore and offshore teams, embedding fairness, safety, transparency, and compliance into production systems.

You will own risk governance, guide architecture reviews, and drive multi-cloud, enterprise AI programs with OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Azure, and Google, balancing technical excellence with ethical leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, AI/ML engineering or data science with architecture leadership.
• 6+ years delivering enterprise AI or data science platforms in production across cloud and model providers.
• 5+ years leading large distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• 5+ years delivering production-grade AI solutions end to end with governance and risk controls.
• 3+ years working with Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, or AI ethics including fairness, explainability, privacy or safety evaluations.
• 3+ years of LLMOps at scale and multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize Responsible AI standards across the lifecycle, including fairness, explainability, governance, privacy and safety.
• Serve as the senior technical authority on responsible use of generative and agentic AI, including risk assessments and safety evaluations.
• Lead large global delivery teams delivering production-grade AI and agentic AI solutions across geographies.
• Architect and build enterprise AI with guardrails across multiple model providers and cloud ecosystems.
• Set technical standards for LLMOps, data science workflows, security, reliability and cost governance.
• Shape solutions with clients and pursuit teams, and contribute to sales and proposals when needed.
• Build organizational capability with playbooks and governance frameworks across the practice.
