Job summary

Accenture’s Global Responsible AI team is seeking an experienced Responsible AI Engineer to build state-of-the-art models addressing fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness and privacy. You’ll engage with clients in a delivery role, often in a client-facing environment.

You’ll contribute across the full AI development lifecycle, help shape internal guidelines, and stay ahead of AI trends while collaborating with colleagues to ensure responsible and inclusive AI solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related; minimum 12 years of work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and deploying ML models and AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java; experience with TF/PyTorch; big data tech such as Hadoop/Spark.
• Understanding and working knowledge of cloud services and platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related to AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models focusing on ethical and responsible practices.
• Evaluate RAI dimensions (bias, fairness, explainability) and mitigate risks.
• Maintain AI systems for performance and ethical standards.
• Participate in the full AI development lifecycle (data prep, design, coding, testing, deployment).
• Contribute to internal guidelines and technical training.
• Stay updated with AI trends and regulatory considerations.
• Identify and correct biases in datasets and models.
• Document processes and decisions transparently.
