Job summary

Accenture’s Global Responsible AI team is seeking an experienced Responsible AI Engineer to design, implement and deliver state-of-the-art AI models with a focus on fairness, transparency, and privacy in client projects.

You will work across data, AI and engineering teams, apply RAI dimensions, support sales conversations, and help maintain ethical AI practices throughout the lifecycle while travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or equivalent with minimum 6 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions (at least 2 of: statistics, regression, clustering, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, time series).
• Programming skills in Python, R or Java; familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch; experience with big data tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI models focusing on ethical and responsible practices.
• Assess and apply Responsible AI dimensions (bias, fairness, robustness, explainability).
• Support client sales conversations and proposal preparation; communicate with clients and colleagues.
