Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Responsible AI Engineer to design and deploy models with fairness, transparency, and privacy in mind. You will work with clients to translate complex requirements into responsible AI solutions and contribute to governance and internal guidelines.

You’ll collaborate across teams to advance the Responsible AI vision, handle data preparation, model evaluation, and deployment while staying current with ethical AI practices and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive work experience (minimum 12 years, per posting).
• Minimum of 6 years developing and deploying ML/AI solutions with responsible AI focus.
• Proficiency in Python, R or Java; familiarity with ML frameworks and big data tools.
• Experience interfacing with clients and translating business needs into AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI models with emphasis on fairness, transparency and explainability.
• Assess biases, robustness and privacy; support client discussions and proposals.
• Maintain and improve existing AI systems for ethical performance.
• Contribute to AI development lifecycle from data prep to deployment and support.
• Document processes and guidelines for responsible AI practices.
