Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager Architect to lead design and implementation of AI architecture spanning Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness blocks across the enterprise. You’ll drive foundation model management, safety, agentic design, and NLP/vision systems integration, balancing hands-on delivery with broad coordination to ensure enterprise AI adoption.

You will oversee governance, risk, and compliance tooling, shape cross‑functional strategy, and mentor teams while staying current on AI trends

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Deepseek).
Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
Proven track record delivering large‑scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models (LLM, SLM).
Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
Act as player-coach to contribute to technical delivery while coordinating enterprise AI adoption.
Serve as authority across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness AI systems and their applications.
