Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Responsible AI Engineer to design and deploy state-of-the-art AI models with a strong emphasis on ethics, fairness, transparency and privacy. You will work with clients to address real business challenges, implement responsible AI dimensions and help scale AI solutions in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science (or related technical fields) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java and familiarity with frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong data preprocessing, analysis and ability to work with complex datasets
• Commitment to ethical AI development and ability to communicate with clients

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing AI models and solutions with a focus on ethical and responsible practices
• Detecting, evaluating and applying responsible AI dimensions (bias, fairness, robustness, explainability) and mitigating risks
• Optimizing and maintaining AI systems for enhanced performance and ethical standards
• Participating in full AI development lifecycle: data prep, design, coding, testing, deployment, support
• Documenting AI development processes and maintaining transparent records
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on client needs)
