Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Responsible AI Engineer to help design, build, and deploy AI systems that are fair, transparent, robust, and privacy-conscious. You will work with clients to identify risks, mitigate biases, and ensure ethical implementation across the AI lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsible AI solutions, engage in model evaluation and governance, and contribute to guidelines and training to advance Accenture’s Responsible AI

Qualifications

• Developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions as part of responsible AI.
• Experience with bias, fairness, robustness, explainability, and privacy considerations.
• Strong programming in Python, R or Java and ML frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing AI models and solutions, focusing on ethical and responsible practices.
• Detecting, evaluating and applying relevant RAI dimensions (bias, fairness, robustness explainability etc.) in AI systems; work on mitigating the identified risks.
• Optimizing and maintaining existing AI systems for enhanced performance and adherence to ethical standards.
• Participating in the full AI development lifecycle, including data preparation, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Contributing to the development of internal guidelines, best practices for responsible AI development and technical training.
• Staying updated with current AI trends, ethical considerations, and technological advancements.
• Assisting in the identification and correction of biases in datasets and AI models.
• Documenting AI development processes and maintain a transparent record of decisions and methodologies used.
