Job summary

EY is seeking a strategic Senior Manager Architect to lead enterprise‑scale AI architecture—spanning knowledge, trust, and control/harness blocks—and to oversee foundation model management, safety, agentic design, and NLP/vision workstreams.

The role balances hands‑on delivery with cross‑functional coordination in a hybrid work environment, driving enterprise AI adoption with robust governance and observability practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and related tools.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record in building and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models, LLMs, and SLMs.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as a player-coach, contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be a true expert across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness AI systems.
