Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of pharma/biotech hospital sales experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years of pharma/biotech hospital sales experience.
• High school diploma with 8+ years of pharma/biotech hospital sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with brand objectives and local opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and office stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling clinical discussions that communicate product value confidently and compliantly.
• Identify high-value account opportunities using insights, market dynamics, and prescribing trends.
• Travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel for training and meetings.
